Standard Delivery

Delivery charges are AUD$15.00 regardless of quantity and any order over AUD$49.90 receives FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia.

Please allow 1-4 working days for standard delivery to metropolitan areas (or 3-10 working days for rural areas).

Overseas deliveries will be sent by post at the relevant cost of delivery depending on where you live.

Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Clarence Shoex containing your order details. A signature is required upon delivery of all parcels.

Parcels cannot be left unattended due to security concerns and protection against lost/theft etc.If you are not home at the time of delivery, the Postman or Courier should leave a calling card to advise the attempted delivery, and your parcel will be taken to your local collection point for pick up.

Once your order is processed and shipped with Australia Post or our Courier we will send you a tracking number via email and you can track your order via the relevant delivery website  Please allow a few hours for your parcel identification number to be registered in the  tracking system.
